SPR# JPAI5SRPPL - Fixed a problem in DBDIRMAN when using the Turkish Locale, on Domino Servers that run using the Turkish Locale. To enable this fix, add DEBUG_ENABLE_OSPATHGETOSCASE=1 in the Notes.ini. This will resolve problems with duplicate entries being added to the Database Directory Manager. The problem arises because uppercasing certain letters when using a Turkish Locale do not translate to the ASCII equivalent, so some comparisons of filenames that are meant to be case insensitive fail when using the Turkish Locale. The fix will have the Database Directory Manager always use the operating system case of the filename. This fix has only been implemented for the W32 platform, and in Releases 6.5.1 and 5.0.13.
